MyImmortality Terms of Use
Last updated: Draft, October 31, 2026; effective on publication.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
MyImmortality ("MyImmortality," "we," "us") is a mobile app for iOS and Android and the website MyImmortality.com, run by My Immortality LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@myimmortality.com or [MAILING ADDRESS].
These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the app, the website, and the waitlist (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. Educational wellness use only
MyImmortality is a general wellness and educational tool. It shows modeled estimates, patterns, and general educational information about your lifestyle and fitness data.
- It is not medical advice. Nothing in the Service is medical, nutritional, or other professional advice, and using it does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship.
- It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not meant for making medical or treatment decisions.
- Estimates are not measurements. Most numbers are modeled from what you log and sync. They can be incomplete or wrong.
- Talk to a professional before changing your diet, supplements, medications, substance use, or training. In an emergency, call 911.
Our Wellness Disclaimer at myimmortality.com/disclaimer is part of these Terms.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet both requirements.
4. Your use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use and in line with the law. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
- reverse engineer it, interfere with it, or try to get around its security;
- use bots or scripts to sign up for the waitlist or to access the Service; or
- use it to harm anyone or to break any law.
5. Your data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy (myimmortality.com/privacy) and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (myimmortality.com/health-data-privacy) explain what we handle and how. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log, and for keeping your device secure.
6. Our content and names
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the names "MyImmortality," "Vital Signal," and "Deep Read," belongs to My Immortality LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. They don't give you any other rights in it.
7. Changes and availability
The Service is in development. We may change, pause, or stop any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, tell you in advance. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service or any estimate will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, My Immortality LLC and its members, managers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or any decision you make based on it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover My Immortality LLC's reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, from claims caused by your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time, leave the waitlist with the unsubscribe link, and delete the app's data from its Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 8 through 13 continue to apply after your use ends.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Resolving disputes
Reviewer option (choose one): Option A (courts): Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Option B (arbitration): Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or another provider the reviewer chooses), except that either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@myimmortality.com.
