MyImmortality Wellness Disclaimer
Last updated: Draft, October 31, 2026; effective on publication.
MyImmortality is an educational wellness tool, not medical care.
MyImmortality, operated by My Immortality LLC, helps adults understand patterns in their own lifestyle and fitness data, such as sleep, activity, recovery, nutrition, hydration, and mood. It is intended only for general wellness: supporting a healthy lifestyle and general fitness, sleep, stress management, and nutrition awareness.
Not a medical device. MyImmortality is not a medical device and has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not intended for use in making medical or treatment decisions.
Modeled, not measured. Most numbers in the app, including Vital Signal scores, Deep Read nutrient estimates, and caffeine or alcohol curves, are estimates calculated from what you log and what your devices sync. They rely on population averages and assumptions that may not fit you. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not laboratory measurements and cannot replace a clinical test. A confidence range shows how uncertain an estimate is. It does not guarantee accuracy.
Your lab and scan data. If you add blood test or body-scan results, MyImmortality stores and displays your values and shows how they change over time. It does not tell you whether a result is normal or abnormal, and it does not identify conditions. Your clinician should interpret your results.
AI-generated content. Some summaries are written by a third-party AI system. AI can make mistakes, leave things out, or state things with more confidence than is warranted. Treat AI content as general education, not as advice about your situation.
Substances. You can log caffeine, alcohol, nicotine products, and cannabis for awareness. MyImmortality does not encourage the use of any substance. It does not tell you how much to take or when, or when it is safe to drive or do anything else. Follow the law where you live.
Talk to a professional. Always ask a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition, and before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, supplement, medication, substance use, or exercise program. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in MyImmortality. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.
Who should not rely on it. MyImmortality is for adults 18 and older. It is not designed for managing a diagnosed condition, pregnancy, eating disorders, or substance-use disorders.
Your responsibility. You use MyImmortality at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, My Immortality LLC is not responsible for decisions you make based on the app. See our Terms of Use at myimmortality.com/terms for the full terms, including limits on liability.
